Here you will find Richard and Lindsey at the helm.
Richard works unaided in the kitchen, preparing and cooking award-winning food. He creates flavourful dishes with the upmost love and attention, using locally sourced ingredients, the best of wild fish and locally reared meats.
Lindsey oversees the restaurant at all times. We have the pleasure of a small front of house team who are always polite and friendly when serving and looking after our customers.
Whilst the industry is undergoing significant change, we continue in our usual, standard driven vein. It is even more important to us that we cook well for our customers, and you enjoy your experience with us. To make your experience the best it can be, we now kindly ask for lunch and dinner reservations in advance, along with a small deposit to secure your table. This ensures a smooth service and no food waste.

During January and February, we will be running at slightly reduced hours.
EVENINGS ~ Dinner on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. We have two sittings available – 7pm and 8pm. The table is yours for the evening, whichever sitting you choose. The bar will be open from 5pm for drinks.
LUNCH ~ Sundays. We have three sittings available 12.30pm, 1pm and 2pm. The bar will be open from 12pm – 6pm drinks.
Reservations for dining are essential.

Due to the increasing numbers of no-shows, reservations require a deposit to secure the booking (£10 per person for lunch, £15 per person for dinner). This can be done over the telephone or by BACS, if you request our company bank details.
The deposit will be taken off your final bill. Should you need to cancel your booking, a full refund is available provided 48 hours prior notice is given. After that time, £10/£15 for each person who does not show will be retained by the restaurant. Alternatively, we can hold the deposit for you to use on another occasion.
Please inform us of any dietary requirements or food allergies at the time of booking. We are happy to adapt dishes wherever possible, but vegetarian and lactose-free diets require advance notice.
