Appetiser of roast butternut squash soup, truffle and Parmesan
Treacle cured salmon, mango salsa, apple and avocado cream
Poached and roast ballotine of goose, carrot and star anise puree, braised red cabbage, glazed baby onions and bacon, goose fat potato and Madeira sauce
Roast loin of free range pork, crackling, apple puree, braised red cabbage, warm sage and onion sausage roll, cider fondant potato, pork and cider sauce
A tasting of cheese and shot of port
Sticky ginger pudding, toffee sauce and Bailey’s ice cream
Clementine, passion fruit and Champagne trifle
Tea or coffee and a warm mince pie to finish off!

Please note that due to the nature of the day, we will not be able to amend the menu to suit varying dietary requirements.

Sittings at 13:00 for 13:30 or 14:00 for 14:30

The bar will be open for drinks from 11.30am – 13:00 then will close to non-diners. There will be tables in the bar for lunch but only for the 14:00 sitting.
